FAQ

  • Our pricing varies depending on the specific offering, please reach out for a quick consultation! Conservation teams are responsible for covering the cost of our services. However, we may be able to offer subsidies.

  • We offer both in-person and virtual support, depending on your specific needs and preferences. Our team is highly experienced in using online collaboration tools (i.e. Miro and Mural) for virtual workshops. While virtual sessions are convenient, we also understand the value of in-person interactions in building trust and relationships, and we have a network of local facilitators around the globe who can assist.

  • Absolutely! We understand that conservation teams often have demanding schedules. We’re committed to working closely with you to find a suitable time and approach that aligns with your team’s availability and constraints. Flexibility is one of our strengths.

  • Currently, we are taking on new teams and projects across all our offerings. We typically schedule engagements 2-3 months in advance to accommodate busy schedules. However, if you have an urgent need, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline and project requirements.

  •

Regrettably, our current facilitator team is limited in capacity and unable to assist with custom workshops or team retreats at this time. Our main expertise is on coaching teams that are implementing adaptive management for their projects and strategies.

  • Our team is composed of more than 25 global facilitation and coaching experts who can support all TNC regions. In addition to the numerous languages spoken by our facilitators, we can bring in language translation support as needed to ensure effective communication and understanding across diverse linguistic backgrounds. Additionally, we can accommodate various time zones for workshops and meetings to ensure accessibility and convenience for conservation teams.

  • We would be happy to! We welcome chances to facilitate these, as we see them as a key opportunity for valuable adaptive management conversations. When appropriate, we can also explore training up someone on your team to facilitate Strategy Reviews in future years.
